The retreat is going to allow participants to explore the practical as well as the legal aspects of their role. The time spent together is highly interactive and allows participants with various levels of experience to share their knowledge as well as question each other.

Max Franchitto – Principal of “Build Your Board”  an Experienced Educator (at MBA level), along with  other invited Associates who are also experts in advising & mentoring Boards.

  • This is an advanced level practical workshop & complements formal governance qualifications, but also suitable for new and aspiring directors wanting to broaden their knowledge. It is equivalent to 20 hours of CPD learning.

Participants Should arrive in Rome at least One day prior and make their way to Siena.

Registrations  must be received and paid in full by 30th September 2026

The Fees:

The Registration fee* for the masterclass is $AUD 800.00. Non refundable deposit of $AUD 400.00 payable at Registration form completion. Full payment due 14 days prior to event.

The Fee includes all course materials (including case study articles), a welcome reception on the evening prior to start for participants and any accompanying partners. A traditional (Tuscan) working lunch) on each day of the workshop, a morning coffee and afternoon refreshments. Dinners are not included in cost.

On Day 3, after a morning wrap up session,  you will experience a visit of the production facilities and a rustic Italian lunch. (No extra cost to delegates).

The Venue:

The masterclass will be conducted in the conference centre on the Winery grounds, surrounded by tranquil gardens.

The Terms:

The Seminar fee will be invoiced as a Professional Development (CPD) expense and a “Certificate of Completion” issued.

*No Refunds on training once booked but a credit note for future BYB training may be issued. Same will apply if event has to be cancelled due to poor registration number or other force majeure.
