The BYB Certification programs on offer are based on Academic material sourced from some of the top publications in Governance and Boardroom Protocols, and delivered by Max Franchitto as a qualified Educator, with decades of practical experience as well as academic teaching, (at post graduate level). Our CPD-Programs give you a range of Topic choices to make up your Certificate Accreditation, we teach Board protocols, duties and responsibilities (including regulatory frameworks & legislation) and how to manage issues and dynamics in the Boardroom.
They can be tailored to a NFP or Commercial Board Focus.
